Service scope
You&Ella Co., Ltd. provides a 30-question relationship preference assessment, eight code results and public type guides through Closer Code. The ordinary assessment requires no account. These terms cover Closer Code; check the separate conditions of the company inquiry website or a Partner service when using them.
Meaning and use of results
Results summarize the preferences reflected in your answers. They do not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, a complete personality evaluation or predictions of compatibility or relationship success. Do not treat a result or example as a fact about another person's intentions or behavior.
Use the material for reflection and conversation. Do not submit or publish another person's result or personal information without permission, or use a code alone to exclude or discriminate against them.
Sharing and content use
You may use the service's link-sharing and result-image features. Shared links open public type descriptions rather than individual answers. Do not misrepresent altered material as an official result or use content in a way that infringes others' rights. Contact the company about separate commercial use or partnerships.
Storage, transfers and changes
Unfinished answers disappear on refresh, and completed results are not stored permanently. Use the image-saving feature if you want a copy. Partner transfers require separate consent and a transfer action; read the privacy policy and transfer screen first.
Features and content may change to correct errors or improve quality. These terms do not limit statutory user rights. Use the official contact channel for service problems or feedback.
